Everything’s Computer (2025)
Everything’s Computer deconstructs two American flags and stitches them back together to spell a phrase spoken by the President while observing a Tesla demonstration: “Everything’s Computer.” The work explores how technology, language, and state symbols become entangled—revealing both the absurdity and inevitability of their convergence in contemporary identity.
While materially constructed from U.S. flags, the project engages the flag as cultural material under fair use, treating it as a site where power, technology, and nationalism intersect rather than as an object of disrespect. Digitally integrated iterations of the work, developed in collaboration with generative AI tools and refined through Adobe Creative Suite, extend this inquiry into the realm of speculation.
